T-Rex Trader was born as a simple application, consisting of a single chart, multiple studies, an automated trade management system, and a fast analyzer (back tester).  It was used to test thousands of permutations (different settings) across a collection of studies for multiple instruments to determine what should be traded, and how should it be traded.

The analyzer worked well at producing entry signals, but didn’t produce good exit signals.  To rectify this, the Trade Setup and Order Management System (TSO) was added to produce good exit signals and subsequently increase profits.

The application was demonstrated to individuals that all concluded that T-Rex Trader is a valuable tool that should be available to traders in the market place. On Feb 12, 2008 the application was presented to a group of traders in Austin Texas.   The feedback suggested again that there would be strong demand for the application for professional and non-professional traders of equities, futures and Forex.

T-Rex Trader LLC was created for the purpose of introducing a new Trading application called T-Rex Trader. The design of T-Rex Trader is focused on providing the trader with increased confidence and enhanced productivity.   Traders can learn to use the system quickly.
